Revised policy to focus solely on Deliverable Equipment. Newly created Property Management Manual section 5.30 covers all Fabrication specific policy and procedure. All references to subsidiary ledger requirements and indirect cost waivers or reductions were removed. No policy was added, rather existing policy was reorganized and reworded to improve understanding. |
